apparent 7.3% value is a stale book quote plus a simulation that thinks a #99 with quali-inflated
serve numbers is a coin flip against a top-10 returner. Once the sim is calibrated to the price we
actually trust, every market on the board — both ML sides, both handicap sides, over and under — is
